SLEEVES

Coated with rubber or other elastomer – cylindrical and conical – sleeves are standard in some industries and an alternative to rollers in others.

We produce sleeves based on GFK glass fiber laminate tubes and we cover them with various elastomers depending on their application.

• varnishing sleeves – different coating materials depending on type of varnish
• CRS (“Coating Replacement System”) Sleeves covered with solid rubber, “Opti” grooving finish or sponge rubber compounds (for furniture industry in varnishing, oiling and staining applications)
• lamination sleeves for solvent based and solventless lamination
