ROLL AND ROLLER RECOVERING
We offer recovering of rolls, rollers and sleeves, we coat them with various materials of different hardness, depending on their purpose.
We select elastomeric materials according to the customer’s guidelines or we propose from our own experience. The maximum production capacity is 800 mm in diameter and 7000 mm in total length.
The use of the right elastomer on your rolls or rollers is crucial to optimizing the process in which they operate. We have extensive experience in this!
The materials we coat with:
Rubber
The most popular choice when it comes to recovering of rolls and rollers. We use rubber compounds of the best European producers. At any time, we have access to 170 different rubber mixtures from various groups of rubber compounds in hardness 15° – 100° ShA, characterized by the appropriate properties, desired by the customer.
Optimal chemical, mechanical and thermal resistance is ensured by the highest quality rubber compounds. The right choice of coating provides optimal performance of rolls in the machine and guarantees their long lifespan.
Polyurethane
Coating material that is most often selected in applications where rolls and rollers are subjected to high mechanical stress. It has excellent abrasion resistance and mechanical properties. Available in hardness range from 15° ShA to 80 ° ShD. We coat rolls, rollers, wheels and sleeves with polyurethane. In addition to the classic solution in which the coating withstands up to 80° C, we offer our customers a system resistant to increased temperature (point up to 100° C), thus offering exceptionally robust solutions in terms of mechanical and resistance to increased temperature. We can choose any color of polyurethane coating, we use pigments from leading European suppliers.
Silicone
The best choice for coating of rolls and rollers operating at high temperatures (max 220° C). We use silicones of different hardness (15° – 90° ShA) depending on the task of the roll or roller in the machine.
Other materials
Other coating materials in our offer: Rilsan, ebonite, Vulkollan, Viton, polyamide, Teflon, chrome, tungsten carbide, CFK carbon fiber, GFK glass fiber and others.
