The foundation of solid rolls and rollers

We produce metal cores for rolls and rollers. We use the latest CNC equipment for this. We offer our clients cores made of structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other, sometimes unusual materials, such as brass or carbon fiber. We will produce cores based on the submitted technical documentation.

We have an extensive database of technical drawings for the most popular machines on the market. We can reproduce a roll or cylinder on the basis of an existing, original detail, while creating its documentation. We work with machine manufacturers, producing rolls and rollers that work in new machines.

Production of metal cores

As a supplement to the core production, we offer all types of repairs of used cores, refurbishing of journals, grinding of journals, recovering of keyways and bearing seats.
