We produce and recover rolls, rollers and sleeves for the printing industry. Our solutions can be found in a wide range of machines for offset printing, flexo printing and rotogravure. We produce and recover offset rollers, ink ductors, rolls and sleeves for flexo printing, as well as presseurs (including ESA presseurs, i.e. with electrostatic printing support) for gravure printing.

We use elastomeric coatings which are specially adapted to the printing industry, guaranteeing a long lifespan as well as optimal mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance. We have knowledge and experience in the production and recovering of rollers for offset printing machines of manufacturers such as Heidelberg, KBA, manroland, Komori, Ryobi, etc. We supply rollers for sheetfed and web offset.

We also offer varnishing rollers, brush rollers and dirt-collecting rollers, i.e. Hickey Picker. We recover the ink transfer rollers with original Rilsan coating. It is a material that is sprayed on, it is extremely smooth and guarantees efficient transfer of the ink within the inking unit of the offset printing machine. We cover the dampening ductors with hard technical chrome. Our rolls and rollers in printing houses not only take part in the printing process, they are also present in other peripherals. For folding, i.e. popular folding machines from manufacturers such as STAHL / Heidelberg, GUK, MBO, Horizon, Brehmer, etc. They can be found in many printing houses.

We cover the rollers for folding machines with polyurethane, which provides better mechanical properties and longer lifetime than a standard rubber coating. Due to the excellent grip of polyurethane to paper and much better abrasion resistance than rubber, polyurethane on folding rollers performs much better than rubber.

We recover classic folding rollers with polyurethane discs and spiral folding rollers with spiral PU coating. Our solutions can also be found in machines for laminating and varnishing of paper. Devices of companies such as Foliant, D&K or Steinemann, specific rollers, the recovering of which can be ordered in our company. We also have knowledge about optimal coating, hardness and the desired resistance. We also have the know-how to recover rollers for CTP machines from manufacturers such as Glunz & Jensen, Agfa, Kodak, etc.
