We use coatings specially adapted to this branch of industry, guaranteeing the long lifespan of rollers as well as optimal mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance.

We have rubber compounds with FDA approvals that allow them to come into contact with food.

We manufacture and recover rolls for feeders, transporters, packing machines and other machines used in the food industry. We work with rubber compounds and polyurethane coatings from leading European manufacturers. The most sought-after hardness of coatings for the food industry is within the range of 30-90 ShA. If you are interested in an unusual mixture, outside this range, we can also use it. We offer smooth, cylindrical, barrel-shaped and grooved rolls, depending on the application.
